The MEVA shoring tower Space is a safe working and formwork platform for high pours up to 35 m. It is safely assembled on the ground and height-extended as the building grows.
Square basic dimension of 480 cm
Height: Basic units of 300 cm and extension units of 50 cm and 100 cm
Alignment and bracing of the formwork against the shoring tower Space
Wind loads can be transferred into the shoring tower
Modular design for vertical buildings of virtually any required height – even far above 35 m
Assembly with commercially available planking with access hatches
New construction of the motorway A45 bridge Münchholzhausen using the shoring tower Space and MEVA wall formwork Mammut 350
The engineers consulted MEVA´s formwork expertise because the expectations on concrete finish are very high. MEVA suggested using the unique shoring tower SPACE.
The MEVA shoring tower is easy and fast to lift and relocate by crane and saved much time.
Mammut wall formwork and pre-bent alkus plastic sheets are used to form the wineglass-shaped bridge piers for a motorway crossover
Three tieing methods in one system. The sytem‘s integrated Combi tie of using any of the following tieing methods and flexibly changing from one to another:
Heavy-duty wall formwork. Large panel size 3.50 high, 2.50 width footprint. 100 kN/m² concrete load capacity throughout the system.
